Submit your articles and then wait for it to be accepted into their directory. Once this happens the article will generate traffic back to your website for some time to come. Finally, make sure in the article resource box, you place a link back to your website. Now don't just place any link, use an anchor text which would point back to your website when visitors on your article click on them. Do this and watch the traffic come in.
